How sizing works
Right after you check out. The thank-you page takes you straight into the scan, and we also text you a personal link so you can do it later on any phone.
About 4 minutes for both feet. You need a sheet of standard printer paper for scale, bare feet or thin socks, and a bright room.
Yes. A helper makes it a little easier, but solo works fine. The screen walks you through each angle as you go.
We check every scan before printing. If something is off we text you a fresh link with tips, and nothing prints until it is right.

No. The scan runs in your phone's browser on this site. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Yes. Any phone with a working camera. Most scan-to-print insoles are iPhone only because they rely on the iPhone depth sensor. Ours uses ordinary photos, so iPhone and Android both work.
All three are printed from the same full scan of your feet. What changes is the internal structure, how many cushioning zones are shaped. Essential is built for daily wear, Performance for training and long days on your feet, and Pro adds the most individually shaped support zones.
5 to 7 business days from the moment your scan is finished. The clock starts at your scan, not your order, which is why we push you to scan the same day you buy.
They are built to your foot and sized to the shoe size you give us, so they drop into most standard footwear. Remove the existing insole first.
