Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact details. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, so we can fulfil and support your order.
• Order details. What you bought, your shoe size, the amount paid, and any promo code used.
• Foot scan photos. The images you capture during the scan, used to build and print your insoles.
• Site usage. Pages viewed and actions taken, through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. See the tracking section below.

We never see or store your full card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own hosted checkout page.

Your foot scan photos

The photos you take during the scan are stored securely and used to build the 3D model your insoles are printed from. We keep them on file so that you can reorder later without scanning again.

They are shared only with the technical partner who converts them into a printable model for your order. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising. If you want your scan deleted, email support@nusoulz.com and we will remove it, which also means a future order would need a new scan.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we use it to send your personal scan link, order updates, and shipping tracking.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are subject to the sharing described in this policy, but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@nusoulz.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Tracking and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta pixel together with the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our ads actually work. The Conversions API sends purchase information from our server to Meta, including a securely hashed version of your email, phone, and name. Hashing means Meta receives a scrambled value rather than your actual details.

You can decline non-essential tracking using the consent banner, and that choice is respected across the site.

Who we share information with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Our CRM, to manage your order and send your updates.
• Our cloud storage provider, to hold your scan photos.
• Our production partner, to turn your scan into a printable model.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Google and Meta, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data, including your scan.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian can order on behalf of a child.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email to customers.
