Shipping is included in the price you see. Nothing is added at checkout.

When your order ships

The clock starts at your scan, not your order. Your insoles cannot be printed until we have the scan of your feet, so the 5 to 7 business days are counted from the moment your scan is finished and accepted.

If you order and scan the same day, that is the fastest possible route. If you scan a week later, delivery moves out by a week.

Where we ship

The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.

Tracking

You get a text with tracking as soon as the label is created. It also goes to the email on your order.

Multiple pairs

Bundles ship together in one box, printed in the same batch.

If something goes wrong

Wrong address: email support@nusoulz.com with your order number before it ships and we will correct it.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived: give it 24 hours, check with neighbours and your building, then contact us and we will sort it out.
Damaged in transit: send us a photo. We reprint and reship at no cost.
